I had been looking for a place where I could wake up in the morning and check out the waves from my room, a place where I could get my board and walk to the beach, a place where I could surf with no big crowds, a place where I could lay down in the warm afternoon and enjoy my thoughts, a place to cool down, a place to cherish and one day I found that place. That place is The Spanish House. The Spanish House is located in Playa El Manzano, El Viejo, 30 minutes away from Chinandega, which is in the Northwest Pacific Coast region of Nicaragua. The Spanish House has two rooms each with its private bathroom and air-conditioning. In case you need to watch news or movies, the rooms have Direct TV satellite system. There is a housekeeper who comes in the morning and leaves in the afternoon. Our rates are:
